Job summary

Master Plumbing in Twin Falls, Idaho seeks an experienced Journeyman Plumber to lead, mentor, and solve complex plumbing challenges. You will diagnose issues, perform emergency and non-emergency plumbing, and train apprentices while delivering professional service to customers.

A Journeyman license and strong work ethic are essential for this role. You will work on a variety of jobs, both indoors and outdoors, and be responsible for safety, accuracy in reports, and customer satisfaction.

• Put safety first on every job and follow company policies and procedures
• Perform both emergency and non-emergency plumbing, and drain-cleaning services
• Operate drain-cleaning, hydro jetting and sewer camera equipment
• Diagnose problems and complete quality work with professionalism and attention to detail
• Write, clear and detailed invoices, proposals and job reports
• Work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, low-clearance areas and heights
• Work outdoors and in changing weather conditions
• Safely operate a company vehicle
• Read, understand and complete scopes of work with limited supervision
• Lead by example and mentor apprentices, helping them build both technical skills and confidence
• Deliver the kind of customer service that turns first-time customers into cheerleader customers!

Requirements

• Active Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington Journeyman Plumbing License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously
• Proven plumbing and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently while also leading and mentoring apprentices
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read, write, and complete scopes of work with limited supervision
• Safety-first mindset
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Clean background
• Ability to pass a drug test
