Job summary

Master Plumbing in Meridian, Idaho seeks a Journeyman Plumber – Lead, Mentor & Problem Solver. You will diagnose plumbing issues, lead emergencies and non-emergency jobs, and mentor apprentices to build skills and customer confidence.

Active Journeyman license in ID/MT/OR/WA is required. You will be responsible for safety, quality work, and clear reporting, while delivering exceptional customer service and reliable results.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Plumbing License in ID/MT/OR/WA or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for apprentices.
• Proven plumbing and mechanical skills with safety focus.
• Ability to read and complete scopes of work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency and non-emergency plumbing and drain-cleaning services.
• Operate drain-cleaning, hydro jetting and sewer camera equipment.
• Diagnose problems and deliver quality work with professionalism.
• Lead by example and mentor apprentices to build skills and confidence.

• Work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, low-clearance areas and heights
• Work outdoors and in changing weather conditions

• Deliver the kind of customer service that turns first-time customers into cheerleader customers

Requirements

• Active Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington Journeyman Plumbing License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously
• Proven plumbing and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently while also leading and mentoring apprentices
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read, write and complete scopes of work with limited supervision
• Safety-first mindset
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendanceCommitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Clean background
• Ability to pass a drug test
