Job summary

Lighting Service, Inc. is looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician with leadership experience to support field operations in St. Louis. The successful candidate will perform hands-on electrical work, lead crews, and mentor apprentices while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Duties include overseeing installations, troubleshooting systems, and planning projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience, with foreman or crew lead experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience training or mentoring apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial and/or industrial environments.
• Lead small crews on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
