Job summary

We Power America in St. Louis, MO is seeking experienced electricians for high-profile commercial and industrial projects. Foreman and supervisory level Journeyman electricians are especially encouraged to apply.

You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, read blueprints, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring compliance with safety codes. You’ll collaborate with engineers and other trades, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with various tools.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations.
• Upgrade and modify systems to meet new requirements.
• Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and team members.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Provide on-call emergency electrical repairs.
