Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (state or local as applicable).
• 5+ years of electrical experience, with foreman or crew lead experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Lead small crews on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely.
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and junior electricians.
• Respond to service calls and perform diagnostic troubleshooting.
