Job summary

Ag-Pro Companies is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform complex diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment at our Ocala, FL location. The role includes mentoring trainees, handling billable time and work orders, and ensuring precise documentation of all services performed.

Qualifications include 5+ years of service experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a solid toolset. A valid driver's license is required; CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience performing service repairs.
• Experience using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians.
• Manages billable time and assigned work orders.
• Documents diagnostics and repairs thoroughly and submits information on time.
• Maintains tools, vehicles and equipment required to perform job responsibilities.
• Follows safety rules and maintains a clean, orderly work area.
