Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Skokie, IL to lead by example on the sales floor, mentor staff, and ensure a superior customer experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold brand standards, and deliver on KPIs while coaching the team and building a loyal customer base at Pandora.

Role requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends; assessment after submission; location at Old Orchard Center, Skokie, IL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Mastery of prioritizing tasks and time management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and POS systems.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time on the sales floor engaging with customers and driving sales.
• Support the Store Manager and coach the sales team to meet KPIs.
• Deliver real-time feedback and guidance to empower staff.
• Build brand loyalty through product knowledge and exceptional service.
• Help recruit and onboard seasonal and core sales talent.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards; perform other duties as assigned.
