Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Pandora @ Chicago Ridge Mall. You will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products, supporting the Store Manager and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking leading to positive results.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
