Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Pandora @ Chicago Ridge Mall to lead a high-performing sales floor, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager, drive sales, and foster brand loyalty through engaging interactions with customers and fans.

The role requires at least 2 years in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and the ability to connect with people across all levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales team to exceed store sales goals.
