Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Magnificent Mile location in Chicago. You will lead on the sales floor, coach the team, and help achieve store targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will engage customers, manage priorities, and uphold Pandora’s standards. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected, with opportunities for growth within Pandora’s retail network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in written and verbal communication.
• Strong business acumen and ability to deliver results.
• Excellent time management and delegation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
