Qualifications

• Seven+ years on complex projects with two years in a leadership role as System Integration Engineer.
• Seven+ years of enterprise app development using JEE, JMS, Web Services, and ORM tech (JPA/Hibernate).
• Five+ years with Spring APIs/frameworks (MVC, Batch, Boot, REST).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate enterprise applications and interfaces for Fair Hearings.
• Build client-facing and internal apps aligned with NYS requirements.
• Translate requirements into enterprise components and perform unit tests.
• Collaborate with leads to translate designs into technical components.
• Apply architecture standards to develop scalable apps.
• Develop reusable code and services per architecture standards.
• Support lifecycles including defect resolution and post-implementation support.
• Deliver work products aligned with design, business needs, and plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
