A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Java Developer to support the modernization of the Integrated Eligibility System for a NYS client. This position requires extensive experience in designing and developing high-performance Java applications for critical health and human services programs. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Java developer including experience in object-oriented programming principles.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role as a Developer.
• 7 years of experience with relational databases and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex Java applications.
• Collaborate with product managers to define application objectives.
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
