Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate resolution of production incidents with teams and stakeholders
• Act as primary point of contact for production incidents
• Drive incident troubleshooting, RCA, and corrective actions
• Monitor and optimize performance, stability, and reliability of cloud-hosted apps
• Troubleshoot Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, and cloud infra
• Collaborate with development teams and solution architects on performance bottlenecks
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and architecture reviews
• Contribute to design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of microservices
• Promote observability and operational readiness practices
• Maintain production support documents and runbooks
• Stay current with cloud services and performance optimization techniques
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
