Delton Solutions in Orlando is seeking a senior Java software engineer to lead production incident resolution and root-cause analysis while developing, maintaining, and optimizing Java microservices and REST APIs. You will improve performance, stability, and reliability, collaborate with technical and business teams, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements: Requires 10+ years of Java software engineering experience and 7+ years each in backend development, microservices, and Java API development, along with strong Spring Boot and REST API expertise. Candidates must be W2, local to Orlando, available onsite four days per week, and have excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
