Lead Java Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and database management, along with proven technical leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications.
• Develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Design and optimize SQL queries and database structures.
• Implement security best practices, including authentication and authorization.
• Integrate applications with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
• Manage application performance, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
