Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience building production data or streaming systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python for backend and data processing.
• Hands-on design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Writes secure, high-quality code with limited guidance.
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with upstream/downstream considerations.
• Uses SDLC tools to improve automation value.
• Performs basic problem solving and debugging of complex issues.
• Analyzes large data sets to inform secure, stable app development decisions.
• Learns system processes and skills for secure, stable code and systems.
• Uses AI-assisted development tools and validates outputs via peer review and testing.
• Understands responsible AI use with data sensitivity and security.
