You will be a core technical contributor, delivering secure, scalable, and trusted software products in an agile environment. Implement Java/Spring applications, drive AI-assisted engineering practices, deploy on AWS using Terraform, and mentor colleagues on secure coding, testing, and operational resilience to meet the firm’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training and 5+ years of experience.
• System design, application development, testing, and operational stability experience.
• Advanced in Java and Spring applications.
• AWS deployment experience with Terraform.
• Observability tooling experience (Grafana, Splunk).
• Experience building scalable APIs (high TPS).
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools usage.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Delivers secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' code.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and security with validated outputs.
• Uses SDLC tools to increase automation and value.
• Identifies opportunities to automate recurring issues to improve stability.
• Leads architecture/design evaluations with vendors and internal teams.
