Job summary

Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and lead a team across the club facilities. You will manage schedules, assign tasks, and ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well maintained, while coordinating with the maintenance team and other staff to support events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Experience in janitorial or maintenance roles, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring work is distributed efficiently.
• Address and resolve maintenance or janitorial issues from staff and members.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists and report larger maintenance issues to supervision.
• Maintain safety protocols; monitor inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
• Communicate with other staff to ensure facility needs are met and coordinate with maintenance team.
