Job summary

Invited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily club maintenance, ensure safety, and coordinate schedules across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. You will supervise staff, train on safety protocols, and monitor expenditures to keep operations efficient and compliant.

The role supports the Facilities Maintenance Director, ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, and functioning at the highest standards to enhance the club experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience in a golf club environment.
• Minimum 1 year supervising maintenance staff and day-to-day operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and parking areas.
• Coordinate routine maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff; provide safety training.
• Monitor costs within budget and report variances.
• Maintain records of expenditures and maintenance activities.
• Support club operations and adhere to company policies.
