Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Lead I, Janitorial Contracts in Denver to oversee daily duties and supervise staff on contract sites.

You will train team members, ensure tasks follow the SOW, and coordinate with quality inspectors and customers to meet contract standards across Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Denver and surrounding areas. This is a full-time evening shift position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be able to lead, train, and supervise staff.
• Must drive and have valid Colorado driver’s license; MVR and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily duties and supervise janitorial staff.
• Ensure SOW is completed each shift and report changes to Supervisor.
• Train staff on equipment use and safety; maintain training logs.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with inspectors and customers to meet standards.
• Attend trainings as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
