Job summary

Goodwill Omaha is seeking a Custodial Team Leader for GSA contracts in Lincoln, NE. This part-time role oversees a cleaning crew, ensuring compliance with contract standards, safety, and quality. Shifts run early mornings or late afternoons, with competitive pay and a benefits offering.

Qualifications

• Two years of custodial experience required.
• Six (6) months of experience leading teams or supervising is preferred.
• Must be able to maintain federal background clearance for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial cleaning team to meet contract standards.
• Ensure proper supplies and equipment are available at each location.
• Provide guidance to crew and ensure tasks are completed on time and safely.
• Perform basic custodial duties as needed and assist with training new staff.
• Conduct spot checks and ensure security and cleaning requirements are met.
