Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors.
• Clean and restock restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash and remove debris from facility areas.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors and other surfaces.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE and safety signs.
• Report maintenance concerns and communicate site needs to management.
• Assist with additional cleaning or project work as needed.
• Lead, train, and guide janitorial team members.
• Coordinate daily cleaning tasks and monitor work quality.
• Perform and oversee general cleaning and floor care.
• Conduct inspections and communicate site needs to management.
