Job summary

GDI, Inc. on-site in Missouri is seeking a Janitorial Lead to supervise and train the on-site janitorial staff, ensuring safety and quality standards are met or exceeded. You will participate in daily cleaning tasks and lead the crew to complete assignments efficiently.

The role requires leadership experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with other crew members. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–11:00 PM, on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a janitorial team in commercial buildings.
• Background and basic drug screening are required.
• Ability to work with other crew members and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Steel-toed shoes required when applicable.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.

Summary:

Lead, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe and the customer's quality expectations are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for participating in daily cleaning tasks.

Working Schedule:

Monday - Friday @ 5:00PM - 11:00PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building.
• Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, dusting and trash removal.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with Leading a Janitorial team and cleaning commercial buildings.
• Must undergo a background and basic drug screening
• Must have the ability to work with other crew members
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Steel toed shoes required when applicable
• Ability to work in hot conditions
