Job summary

GDI Services Inc US on-site leadership role overseeing janitorial staff to meet safety and quality standards. You will lead, train, and direct the team and participate in daily cleaning tasks to ensure client satisfaction.

The position involves shift-based hours: Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (2nd shift) or 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (3rd shift). Candidates must have strong teamwork and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Leading a Janitorial team and cleaning commercial buildings.
• Must undergo a background and basic drug screening
• Must have the ability to work with other crew members
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Steel toe shoes required when applicable
• Ability to work in hot conditions

• Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, dusting and trash removal.

Summary:

Lead, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe and the customer’s quality expectations are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for participating in daily cleaning tasks.

Working Schedule:

Monday - Friday @ 3:00PM - 11:30PM (2nd Shift)

Monday - Friday @ 10:00PM - 6:30AM (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
