Job summary
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Nurse to join our wellness team at the Pentagon City studio. You will provide expert nursing care, administer IVs, injections, and HBOT sessions, and guide clients on wellness plans while mentoring nursing staff.
The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with BLS, has at least two years in acute care, and excels in clinical operations and client communication.
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure.
- BLS certification required.
- At least two years of nursing experience in acute care.
- Experience administering IVs and injections.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and guidance to clients.
- Administer IV drips, injections, and other services with precision.
- Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with wellness goals.
- Educate clients on IV Drip ingredients and IM shots.
- Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
- Utilize blood tests to optimize wellness.
- Support client services with exceptional customer care.
- Promote memberships and services based on client needs.
- Lead and coach nursing team; ensure compliance and safety.
