Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy seeks a full-time Lead Nurse to manage IV drip therapy and injections, educate clients, and guide HBOT sessions. You will document visits in EMR, answer client questions using our reference guide, and maintain high standards of patient care.

Licensed RN with 2+ years in acute care and injection experience is preferred. Weekend shifts are required, with opportunities to engage in community events and wellness outreach.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 1–2 years nursing in acute care setting (ER/ICU or similar).
• At least 2 years of experience administering injections.
• Strong time-management skills and prioritization.
• Comfort with electronic medical records documentation.
• Ability to work with a diverse clientele with non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Team player but able to work independently.
• Adherence to policies and medical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drip therapy and IM injections as part of our vitamin/mineral/antioxidant menu.
• Educate clients on IV Drips and injection ingredients.
• Guide clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Document client visits in EMR accurately.
• Answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under supervision.
• Communicate issues or adverse effects to nursing leadership.
• Provide therapeutic communication and excellent customer service.
• Assist staff with store services and operations.
• Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.
• Order medical supplies and audit charts monthly.
• Plan events and outreach activities.
• Weekend shifts required.
