GDH is hiring a Lead IT Technician to deliver advanced technical support and lead IT staff. The role focuses on resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues while coordinating with vendors and business units from our Miami operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced guidance, mentorship, and training to IT Technicians.
• Assist senior IT leadership in managing internal customer relationships.
• Develop, update, and maintain support documentation and procedures.
• Handle end-to-end incident resolution and document activities in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripherals including printers.
• Coordinate hardware installations and configurations across locations.
