Job summary

Future Secure AI is hiring a Lead IT Engineer, Support to own identity, access, and security operations as the company brings IT in-house. You will take over Global Admin and MDR responsibilities from an outsourced provider and set the technical standard for the team.

You will work directly with the Head of IT and an IT Engineer, Support to cover the full stack, building real systems in the first months and ensuring seamless security continuity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT or systems administration, including identity- or security-adjacent work.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience.
• Experience reconciling identity data across multiple systems (HRIS, contractor platforms, directory services).
• Familiarity with SOC/EDR/SIEM concepts and vendor management.
• Experience building documentation, runbooks, or operational processes from scratch.
• Strong experience partnering with non-IT stakeholders and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own Entra ID, SSO, and access governance end to end.
• Lead the transition of outsourced SOC/EDR/SIEM coverage into internal operations.
• Co-author IT policy set with Security and Legal.
• Build runbooks, documentation, and escalation models for post-transition operations.
• Act as IT’s partner to business functions, proactively improving tech workflows.
• Own core tool stack transitions (MDM, ticketing, remote access, password management).
