Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Information Systems Project Manager to lead the design, build, and delivery of high‑performance computing infrastructure for a new ground‑based radar system for Space Domain Awareness. You will coordinate cross‑functional IT and engineering teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure secure, compliant solutions.

A US Secret clearance, citizenship, and extensive experience in HPC are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 12 years of professional experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years.
Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience leading IT projects in HPC, GPGPU, and multi-node systems.
Proficient with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities

Lead IT infrastructure projects spanning multiple organizations.
Own design, build, integration and delivery of HPC solutions for SDA missions.
Develop project execution plans, schedules and milestones.
Coordinate resources across system admins, network engineers, cyber security, and MBSE staff.
Ensure cost, schedule, quality and performance goals are met.
Provide technical guidance and mentor ~15 team members.
Present updates and recommendations to leadership and customers.
