Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Field Engineer to support Field Engineering and the company’s Information Systems across multiple properties. You will monitor, maintain, provision, and support networked computers and servers, including IP voice, data, video, and LAN services.

Lead Field Engineers, perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and documentation. Coordinate with IT Operations Center and property teams to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, prefer AS degree in CS or related field.
• 5 years IT support or equivalent; large-scale infrastructure experience preferred.
• Advanced server and networking experience in resort/hotel/casino environment preferred.
• Strong AD management, Cisco switches and Windows Server skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to Field Engineering and IT teams.
• Monitor, maintain, provision, and support networked computers and servers.
• Lead Field Engineers with mentorship and career development.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and document actions.
• Coordinate installations with departments and support after-hours outages.
