Qualifications

• Degree in CS, software engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven software development or infra engineering in agile delivery.
• Hands-on DevSecOps with CI/CD, automated testing and secure coding.
• Certifications in AWS/Azure/SAFe are desirable but not essential.
• Background in financial services or asset management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate outcomes into technical solutions.
• Develop, test and maintain applications aligned to delivery priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders to validate solution options and PoCs.
• Apply engineering best practices including CI/CD and secure coding.
• Improve delivery processes and team performance.
• Participate in incident resolution ensuring reliability of apps.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies and drive innovation.
• Support Engineering leadership with technical input on delivery decisions.
• Manage data privacy risks per company policy.
