MasTec is seeking an Ironworker Leadman to direct and supervise a crew in planning, layout, installation and alignment per plans and codes. You will motivate the team, ensure safety, and coordinate work to meet quality standards.

The role requires on-site leadership, a focus on safety practices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on complex projects, often with travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Safety knowledge and adherence to site rules.
• Experience supervising a crew and coordinating tasks.
• Ability to read basic plans and follow procedures.
