• Directs the use of confidential data systems such as CLETS, DMV systems, credit reporting systems, and EBT/welfare systems.
• Prepares evidence for presentation in criminal courts and administrative hearings.
• Supervises professional investigative staff and ensures proper investigative methods are applied.
• Acts as liaison between DHS and other criminal justice agencies to coordinate investigations.
