Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet commitments.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
