Job summary

You will monitor performance, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement while communicating effectively with leadership and other departments. A background in logistics and hands-on scanner use are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability for flexible schedule including overtime, weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
