Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in California seeks a Lead Inventory Clerk to oversee daily inventory operations, coordinate receiving and put-away, and drive timely replenishment across ERP and WMS systems. You will act as a primary point of contact for inventory issues and support inventory staff across locations.

You will lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and cycle counting procedures.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
