LHH seeks an Inventory Manager in Illinois to own inventory control and warehouse operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on improving systems, warehouse layout, inventory accuracy, and material flow as the business evolves.

You will lead the inventory team, manage cycle counts and ERP controls, oversee receiving and shipping, and drive material-flow improvements with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong project management, continuous improvement, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000
