Job summary

Mercy in Springfield, MO seeks an Advanced IR Special Procedures Technologist to perform advanced imaging, fluoroscopy, and interventional radiology procedures. The role supports diagnosis and treatment, operates specialized equipment, and ensures patient safety and comfort.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, RCIS or ARRT certification, BLS, and state licensure as applicable, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• RCIS or ARRT certification required; BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy and interventional radiology.
• Operate specialized imaging equipment and imaging software; ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Provide support as resource and superuser; assist in training and collaboration.
