Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of hiring for court-certified interpreters, including coordination for Video Remote Interpreting requests.
• Confirm requests are properly entered into OSMOSIS system.
• Review court activities for compliance with the Language Access Plan.
• Verify interpreter invoices and process payment vouchers.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures as necessary.
• Acquire understanding of court matters to allocate resources efficiently.
