Qualifications

• 5+ years of campus recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage highly confidential information and represent Bain externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for internship and early-identification programs.
• Translate objectives into actionable project plans and manage risks and priorities.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders and office partners, building alignment across teams.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and communicate program updates with clear presentations and written communications.
• Analyze program performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience.
• Leverage AI to automate workflows and enhance program delivery.
