DES is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to shape environments reflecting client culture while advancing sustainability, innovation, and workplace strategy. You will translate brand and functional goals into high-performance spaces, leading client meetings and design teams through all project phases.

With 12+ years of experience, you will manage complex projects, mentor staff, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure design intent is realized in construction documents.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading interior design projects from concept to construction administration.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex interior projects with design excellence and technical accuracy.
• Exceptional client-facing and relationship management skills to maintain client confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of interior design solutions aligned with client goals, budget and schedule.
• Serve as primary client liaison, leading meetings, workshops and presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and guide design teams through the creative process.
• Coordinate design direction with project managers and consultants to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Review budgets and documentation to align with standards and objectives.
