Collective Design in Frisco, Colorado, is seeking an Associate Interior Designer to join our luxury residential team. You will support concept development, produce detailed documentation, and coordinate FF&E within project budgets, schedules, and installations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of design experience, strong CAD/3D skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. This on-site role collaborates with senior designers to deliver high-end mountain living experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential interior design experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain floor plans, elevations, schedules, and specifications.
• Contribute to concept development with renderings and material selections.
• Source and document FF&E with budget, lead times, and design cohesion.
• Coordinate procurement and manage timelines to keep projects on track.
• Support project execution with senior designers and maintain quality standards.
• Assist in client-facing presentations and on-site installation activities.
