Role Description The Senior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for leading interior design projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating mood boards and presentations, selecting finishes, furniture, and materials, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications. The Senior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, present design solutions, and incorporate feedback throughout the project. This role also involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and fabricators, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring design quality and consistency with the studio’s aesthetic. The Senior Designer will mentor junior designers, contribute to studio standards, and help maintain a well-organized library of materials and resources.
