Studio Munge in Miami seeks a Senior Interior Designer specializing in hospitality and multi-residential to lead high-profile international projects from concept to construction. You will translate the Principal’s vision into actionable plans while mentoring Intermediate and Junior Designers.

The role emphasizes innovative design, client relations, and timely delivery within budgets, with a collaborative studio culture that values mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in multi-unit residential or large-scale hospitality.
• Strong communication, time management, and urban design sensibilities.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior designers in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of FF&E and current global interior design regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative, purpose-driven design concepts aligned with project vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows.
• Oversee multiple complex projects from concept to completion within budget.
• Allocate resources and forecast staffing; mentor designers.
• Mentor Junior and Intermediate Designers to grow their skills.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through presentations.
• Work with clients on programming and feasibility; assist ASP approvals.
• Understand contracts and scopes; ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor schedules and align with team timelines.
