Job summary

HOK Group, Inc. seeks a design-driven professional to interpret, organize and execute conceptual interior design for projects. You will lead space planning, lighting, finishes, and documentation across design phases, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5–10 years’ experience in interiors, a Bachelor’s in architecture or interior design, and NCIDQ or architectural licensure (NCARB preferred). A LEED credential is expected within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or foreign equivalent.
• 5-10 years' experience in interiors projects.
• Must be licensed/NCIDQ or registered Architect; NCARB preferred if Architect.
• LEED credential within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead space planning, layouts, furnishings, lighting, and color coordination.
• Develop innovative, practical design concepts within budget.
• Manage design phases: contracts, budgeting, scheduling, design, documentation, and construction.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project progress.
