Job summary

Volkswagen Group of America seeks a Senior Designer - Interior to lead interior design projects from initial concepts through production, guiding a team of designers and delivering hands-on concept output.

You will create automotive interior concepts and prototypes in collaboration with exterior, color & trim, and modeling specialists, applying VW design philosophy to production and concept vehicles.

Qualifications

• Strong visual communication and drawing/sketching skills.
• Proficient in 3D CAD and 2D illustration software.
• Excellent judgment of design proportions.
• Deep knowledge of American culture and automotive market.
• Leading/main design role in production and concept vehicles.

Responsibilities
