The Cushman & Wakefield team in Cheyenne, WY seeks a Sr. Project Designer to develop documents, drawings and diagrams meeting client goals.

You will lead interior design for complex projects, support designers, and manage space planning, materials, finishes, casework, lighting, acoustics and wayfinding. Expect to execute the full design process from sketches to construction documents, work independently or with minimal oversight, and contribute design presentations while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Four years of design experience in the commercial real estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA-accredited institution or related discipline, or Bachelor plus Interior Design Certification/ Diploma.
• Space planning experience using Revit.
• Strong time management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design for complex projects.
• Support Project Designers in design deliverable reviews.
• Contribute interior environment knowledge (space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, acoustics, wayfinding).
• Execute full design process from sketch through construction start.
