FastTek Global is seeking an experienced DRE - Interior Accessories in Troy, Michigan to lead design, development, and integration of interior accessory systems for vehicles. The role ensures performance, FMVSS compliance, and timely program milestones through APQP processes and cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive Interior Accessories System engineering.
• Experience with Catia V5; PLM experience and engineering changes processing.
• Knowledge of all NHTSA / FMVSS, CARB, EPA, FCC, or other regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end integration of interior accessory systems (instrument panel trim covers, speaker mounts, storage bins, etc.).
• Ensure packaging compatibility, interface alignment, and system-level functionality.
• Lead interfaces with adjacent systems (cockpit, console, body structures, soft trim, electrical, restraints).
• Support prototype builds, DV/PV and launch readiness.
• Deliver products to meet quality and reliability targets with PPAP documentation.
