Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of design and release experience.
• 8+ years in Engineering Accessories for Exteriors.
• Technical expert in exterior components and related systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering in end-to-end development and integration of exterior accessories and sub-systems.
• Develop and execute design and integration plans aligned with program milestones.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams for system compatibility and performance.
• Identify and mitigate system risks through testing strategies.
• Oversee system-level validation and verification to meet standards.
• Communicate project status to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional team to deliver complex accessory systems.
