Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in any state, DC, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary environmental teams and managing contracts.
• Experience as COR or technical authority and managing program scope.
• Ability to prepare official correspondence and briefings on program status.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to engineers/physical scientists delivering compliance services.
• Oversee scopes of work, funding requests, and contractor acquisition processes.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate independence in decision-making on environmental programs.
